Thank you for shopping with The Nightbloom Nook. We are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Please note:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Handmade, made-to-order, or custom ritual kits may require additional preparation time.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical shipping estimates:

  • Domestic U.S. orders: 3–10 business days
  • International orders: 1–6 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

The Nightbloom Nook is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

The Nightbloom Nook is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Refunds for returned packages will exclude original shipping costs.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Return Policy for detailed information regarding eligible returns, exchanges, and non-returnable items.

Due to the nature of certain products, some items may be final sale.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties required by their country.

The Nightbloom Nook is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
