What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Custom orders are considered final sale due to the made-to-order nature of these items and are not eligible for return. The only exception may apply to custom plant bundles, which can be reviewed for return on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.

When will I get my order?
Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within a few business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your treasure’s journey home.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier transit times. If there are any unexpected delays or seasonal shipping adjustments (such as extreme weather), we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products come from a variety of trusted growers, suppliers, and artisan sources. Plants are sourced from professional nurseries and growers who specialize in healthy, well-established stock. Any additional botanical goods, crystals, or curated items are selected from reputable suppliers and small makers we trust.
We prioritize quality, ethical sourcing practices, and the health of every living plant we offer, ensuring each item is chosen with care before it becomes part of Nightbloom Nook.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Because we ship living plants and carefully packaged items, rates may vary to ensure your order is protected during transit.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or special event pricing, which will be clearly announced in the shop or on our social channels.
What kinds of treasures do you offer?
Nightbloom Nook specializes in houseplants, botanical curiosities, crystal companions, and carefully selected witchy goods. Inventory changes often, so if you're looking for something specific, feel free to submit a Treasure Request.
How often do you add new items?
New treasures arrive regularly. Follow us on social media or join our email list to be the first to know when fresh plants and magical finds appear in the shop.
I don't see the plant(or item) I'm looking for. Can you find it?
Absolutely! Use our Request a Treasure form to tell us what you're searching for. While we can't guarantee availability, we'll do our best to track it down through our trusted suppliers. You can Request a Treasure here
Do you ship year-round?
Weather plays an important role in shipping live plants. During periods of extreme heat or cold, shipping schedules may be adjusted to help protect your order.
If there are weather concerns, we may contact you before shipping your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship throughout the continental United States. Because live plants can be sensitive to extreme temperatures, shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted during periods of severe heat or cold to help ensure your treasures arrive safely.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, details will be listed at checkout or announced on our social media pages.
As of now, we do plan to, but that may change at any time.
Plant Sizes & Care
What sizes are your plants?
Plant sizes vary by listing. Each product description includes the pot size and any relevant measurements so you know exactly what to expect.
Are your plants beginner friendly?
Many of them are! We offer a variety of easy-care plants perfect for new plant parents, as well as some more challenging specimens for experienced collectors.

Do plants come with care instructions?
Yes! Every plant order includes basic care information to help your new companion settle into its new home.
We will also be offering PDF printout guides as well for a detailed care guide to each plant. Sign up for our emails to know when they're released!
Are your plants pet-friendly?
Some are, some aren't. If a plant is known to be pet-safe, we'll note it in the product description whenever possible. If you have concerns about a specific plant, please contact us before purchasing.
What are second chance plants (AKA our Recovery Greenhouse)?
Our Second Chance Plants are perfectly lovable plants that may have cosmetic imperfections, minor damage, or simply need a little extra care and patience. These plants are offered at a reduced price and make wonderful companions for plant lovers who enjoy the rewarding process of helping a plant thrive.
Live Arrival & Plant Expectations
Will my plant look exactly like the photos?
Each plant is a living, unique individual. The plant you receive may vary slightly in size, shape, color, or variegation from the photos shown.
My plant arrived stressed. Is that normal?
A little travel stress is common after shipping. Some leaf yellowing, minor cosmetic blemishes, or drooping can occur while your plant adjusts to its new environment.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging. We'll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
We highly recommend recording a video of you unboxing your plants to make the process speedy if there are any issues.
Crystals & Witchy Items
Are crystals and magical properties gauranteed?
Any metaphysical associations shared on our website are offered as traditional folklore, historical correspondences, or personal spiritual practices. They are not intended as medical, legal, or professional advice.
Can I request specific crystals or witchy items?
Yes! Our Treasure Request form isn't just for plants. You're welcome to inquire about crystals, tools, and other magical curiosities as well.
We also offer custom spell and witch kits while supplies are available.
